Started in 1995, Tristream has remained at the leading edge of web development. Tristream has a strong focus on web application design, or any web-delivered experience requiring high usability across rich user experiences. The more intricate the challenge the better we perform.
Through the years Tristream has established an award winning methodology for design which combines our experience in strategic planning, experience design (UE/UX/IX) and usability, visual design (UI) and state of the art display coding and back end integration. Tristream's methodology was developed in part form a best-practices study we conducted with in-house teams of application developers in companies such as Nokia, KPMG and Cartus. Tristream's founders have been speakers at many industry events such as the annual Nielson Norman Group conferences.
Tristream also garnered an award for "Top Ten Intranets of 2001" from the Nielsen Norman Group for work done for Cisco Systems internal sales consolidation application -- I-Deal. (The Nielsen Norman Group’s founder, Jakob Nielsen, has pioneered research and analysis in the field of web usability.)
Tristream’s current client base includes KPMG, Cartus, Cisco, Ariba, Magellan Health, Logitech and other enterprises whose business practices depend on easy-to-use and highly-productive web applications. Tristream's projects range from complete design of Cisco's Service Contract System, which processes over five billion dollars a year, to start-ups whcih want to look like a million dollars.
Tristream began in the foothills of Northern California, around the beautiful gold-country sister-cities, Nevada City and Grass Valley. Tristream now enjoys a virtual model with team members across the United States as well as outside the U.S. Tristream frequently collaborates with our client's other outsourced groups in India and elsewhere. The world is indeed flat!
